Damian has worked for over 15 years within the music industry and as an artist manager he has represented artists signed to Sony BMG,EMI and BMG Publishing.
He established a music synchronisation business and successfully placed tracks in British films, international computer games and a range of adverting campaigns. As a result of this his company had its own sub-publishing deal and collected revenue worldwide for its writers.
As a consultant for Generator he developed, implemented and delivered music industry training courses throughout the UK. This has culminated in now working as Business Development Director for Generator. Within this role he has written and developed the MMBE qualification in partnership with NCFE.
